Product Description
Lucide GERTI is a compact cylindrical ceiling spotlight with a coffee brown aluminium body and a matt powder-coated finish. Its simple shape suits a modern hallway, kitchen area or another space needing a local lighting accent. The head is fixed and directs light downwards; it cannot be aimed elsewhere in the room.
Overall dimensions are 8 × 8 × 10.5 cm. The height is not adjustable. The aluminium ceiling mounting plate measures 8 × 8 × 0.5 cm. Net fixture weight is 0.26 kg. These dimensions and weight help establish the installation space and suitable support.
The fitting accepts 1 × GU10 (MR16) bulb rated at a maximum of 40 W. The bulb is not included; LED bulbs with the appropriate base can be used. The wattage is the permitted limit for each bulb, not the fitting’s constant consumption or brightness. Actual consumption and light output in lumens (lm) depend on the chosen bulbs. Their colour temperature in kelvins (K) determines the light’s appearance: lower values mean a warmer white. Meanwhile, CRI helps assess how naturally object colours appear. Beam angle, energy efficiency and lifetime also depend on the selected source.
Day-to-day operation uses an external wall switch. Brightness can be adjusted with dimmable bulbs and a compatible external dimmer; the dimmer is purchased separately. Dimming relies on a compatible combination of bulbs and control, rather than any bulb fitted in the socket. The fitting has no sensor.
The fitting connects to a 230 V mains supply; the specified supply range is 220–240 V, 50 Hz. There is no attached power cable. The IP20 rating suits dry indoor rooms and provides no protection against water. Electrical protection class I uses a protection arrangement incorporating protective earthing. The package contains one fitting and installation materials; the warranty is 2 years.
